I would talk to your PCP about the tingling in your back.  It's possble you have a compressed nerve.

MS can start in several different ways.  Vertigo is a common presentation, but it's not a reason to suspect MS over another problem.

BPV, or benign positional vertigo, is caused by crystals in the ear canal.  There's a simple procedure that your doctor can perform that will help those crystals position themselves differently.

Back problems can cause numbness and tingling - any pressure on the nerves leading from the spinal cord can cause odd sensations.

I recommend a visit to your PCP to talk about your symptoms.  It would help if you had some timeline, so they can evaluate you.

Many people report a decrease in symptoms during pregnancy since the immune system is suppressed during pregnancy.  After delivery is quite another story.  I don't know what is causing your symptoms as MS takes a different path in each person it attacks.  Have you been referred to a neurologist who can evaluate your symptoms?

Hi, emm-

I don't have vertigo in any kind of way that impairs me, so I don't know that I would be the right one to answer you.  I do know that others here do experience it though.

I do have some questions for you though, if you don't mind.  ;0)

Did you ever go to doctor when you experienced the ear pain with the vertigo?  Problems in your ears will cause veritgo.

Is Vertigo your main symptoms that is bothering you?  Have you seen a neurologist?  Or, have you addressed these symptoms with your primary doctor?

Nice to meet you, I don't think I have talked with you on here yet.  ;0)
