Hi there,

Vitamin D can be low in someone with MS, one reason is  because of getting less sun exposure with Uhthoff's worsening their neurological symptoms. Whilst it's not uncommon for someone with MS to take Vit D, Vit D deficiency is also common in the general population, with stats around 1 in 3 with a D deficiency.

Vit D would be beneficial if you are deficient but it's less likely to make any difference if your not, talk to your dr about Vit D and see about getting your levels checked before you take anything that you may not need.

It's slow at the moment but you can check out all our previous conversations about Vit D if you type in Vit D in 'search this community' box found at the top of your screen.

Hope that helps.......JJ
