Muscular Dystrophy
I need some help from you.Actually my cousin is suffering from MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY. His age is 13 years at this time and he has already stopped walking for the last three years and laid in bed.His legs dont work and he is unable to bend his arms properly. I heard that medical science has not discovered any medicine to cure this disease yet. But I have heard about ayurvedic treatment(like panchkarma etc) which only gives some hope. His family is very poor so please suggest me how can I help him.

Below are some websites that talk about the yoga treatment you refer to, pranayam breathing, ayurveda exercise, and so forth, for muscle diseases.  Also below is a website that tells you supplements that people take for muscular dystrophy and their stories.

But first I need to say that you should view this website for overall help, it is devoted solely to dystrophies of all kinds, talks about traditional medicines and other things that help MD, and could be you can buy some of the meds at the local drugstore fairly cheaply:
http://dystrophy.com/muscular-dystrophy/Treatment+of+Muscular+Dystrophy

this is the one that tells you all sorts of vitamin, mineral, and herb treatments:
http://www.doctoryourself.com/dystrophy.html

this one has free videos, just look for the yoga or breathing exercises you want for muscle diseases, and push on the button "View Free":

and here's a free "You Tube" video, plus other videos, that shows one type of breathing exercise you mentioned that may help, plus may lead you to other videos of other yoga stuff may lead you to what you're looking for:
