V-sign rash, other causes?

Hi guys, I know I have at least one inflammatory disease (other than Hashimoto's) due to high inflammatory markers and a bit of relief from symptoms with prednisone. I was thinking lupus due to a few specific symptoms (malar rash, nose sores) but I also have the v-sign rash. Are there any other conditions that cause a v-sign rash before I put myself trough the ordeal of telling my GP another theory?

Not sure of this, but curious what they ended up diagnosing you with.  Keep us posted.
