i had two cord vessels and when my baby who was full term delivered by i.c in her placenta was 1.5cm haemorrhage could having two vessels or anything found in the placenta have caused a haemorrhage on the day my baby was deivered she was also resuscitated because lack of oxygen

Having 2 umbilical vessels (a vein and an artery) can be a normal variation, or can sometimes be associated with other anomalies such as cardiac and kidney problems.  It is not generally considered by itself to be a risk for hemorrhage.
