Enlargement in lateral ventricles up to around 10 mm can be seen in normal babies.  Your doctor will likely recommend further ultrasounds to follow-up on the size of the ventricles, and a more complete evaluation (physical exam, possible blood tests, more imaging) can be performed after your baby is born.  You should discuss with the Obstetrician whether any other tests are indicated at this time.
