brain mri foci high flare signal measuring up to 7mm in the right cerebellar hemisphere

brain mri  foci high flare signal  measuring up to 7mm in the right cerebellar hemisphere ,what does this mean.
i had cervical c5/c6 protrusion 2years ago , which i had a disectomy and spinal fusion to fix as well as 55% stenosis of the spinal canal.
it also says prominence of the  central canal in the thoracic spinal cord lower down is noted,, what does this mean?

and finaly broad based disc bulge L4/5 level which may be conecting with L4 nerve root???


two years on and i am getting weakness in the legs , hand tremors, having seizor like fits  and muscle spasems all over as well as a lot of pain in legs , hands and back. especaily neck.

Dear James,

High Flare in cerebellar region means - There are some changes inside the brain, maybe due to aging/infarct/infection inside the brain, resulting into weakness of the brain matter and ultimately resulting into the increased CSF formation, of the involved area.
The symptoms like hand tremors,seizures,spams are all related to the same.

Also co-incidentally you have disc related problems which is also affecting the power of your lower limbs and hands (due to lumbar and cervical level involvement).

So would suggest you to consult your neurologist for a specific opinion as physical examination forms a vital tool for the diagnosis.

Well high blood pressure,  itself causes these symptoms.
So we need not search for more causative findings...

ok thank you , my gp dimissed these changes. I will see a nuroligist.  is the any other information related to the causes of these formation , im a 38 yr old male dont drink,.smoke or take drugs. I have very high blood pressure, a large 7cm*4cm*3cm focal nodular hpyerplasia in the liver as well as some smaller Liver hemangioma;s. and it has been noted  hemangioma;s are also on my spine. mild artheritis .              thanks agian that info was very helpful
