Suffering fom back Pain

Dear doctor,
I was doing YOGA. Was doing Surya Namaskara(Sun Salutation)  and suddenly i hurt my back.
1st i consulted my family doctor than i went to an orthologist doctor he told me to get
x-ray of DORSO-LUMBER SPINE AP & LAT view.
after investigetting my report dr. told me that there is nothing to worry about that. your report is normal. he worte one script with following medicines:
1- BACKFLEX-8 (THIOCOLCHICOSIDE CAPSULES 8 MG)
2- ACE-PROXYVON (ACECLOFENAC,PARACETAMOL & RABEPRAZOLE TABLETS)

In my report eveything is written normal except this....
1. Very minimal anterior wedging of L1 vertebral body is seen.
2. Sacralization of L5 noted. Otherwise the dorso-lumber vertebral bodies and their appendages(pedicles, spinous and transverse process) are normal.
so please explain this two sentances in simple english..... and tell me wether i need any treatment for that.
or only have to consume the tablets wrriten above.

Dear Sweet-KGB,
All the medicines look fine for the sudden  onset of pain while doing Yoga.
The findings on the X-Ray are just fine.
1) Anterior wedging -  This means that the normal shape of the L-1 Spine is not maintained and hence it has a little bend. The bend can be attributed to-Weakness of your vertebrae or due to natural aging cause.
2) Sacralization - That sometimes happen, where the shape of the lumbar vertebrae is little changed and the resemble like the sacral vertebrae. There are L1 to L5  lumbar vertebrae after which the Sacral Vertebrae starts.Lumbar and Sacral vertebrae have different shapes.Sometimes the L5 ,instead of resembling its shape, appears like Sacral vertebrae, so we call it as Sacralization.
I would suggest you to continue with the medicines and wait.If the pain is nor relieved, would advice you to go for MRI scan.
Feel free to ask more, in case of further doubts.
Regards

In 2006 and 2007 I had laser spine operation on the 3/4 and 5/S1 for herinated discs. The pain from my hips and legs did not improve. So in 2009, I saw a nuro-surgeon to examine my MRI for pain with 3L/4L and 5L/S1. He thought that fusion of these areas would stop pain with hips, legs and feet (especially on the right side). However, I decide to get a second opinion so I took my papers and test to another nuro-surgeon, He said that he did not think fusion would be the way to stop my pain. He suggested that I should try exercise.  I am confused and do not know what to do with my problems

Dear Friend,
As you yourself told that while you were on DNS for 7-8 hours (which means you were lying down on bed) the pain was gone. However after sitting , the pain re-started.
I would strongly recommend you for MRI and avoid sitting as the anterior wedging seems little suspicious.

Thank you very much doctor. Abhijeet Ghosh.
But my pain was not relieved. Yesterday i again met my orthologist.
He then gave me one 1000ml of DNS(glucose) bottle in that he gave me some injections. he told me to wait for 2 days and ask me to meet on monday(tomorow) if still there is pain so that we will go for MRI scan.
After having that bottle for 7-8 hours i was not feeling pain. but from today morning when ever i m sitting on the chair fro long time and then having little bit bend down then the pain is getting again worst & worst.
so i'll go to him tommorrw again.
This doctor who i consluted is the most experienced dr. in ahmedabad. so pls tell me if there is any problem in my MRI report should i consult any neuro physician or neuro surgon.
