Concern

Started with eye twitch then proceeded to facial numbness, neck issues thought it was a bells palsy without any facial drooping, that was ruled out. This has all been going on for about 6 months. Now I have a burning sensation in my knees, inner thighs and pelvis. Also have occasional facial and muscle fascilations throughout.
Had MRI of the brain, CT of sinuses, neck and spine xrays, bloodwork, pelvic CT. I have been to my family Dr., Dentist, ENT, Neuro, Chirpractor, Cranial Balancing, Reflexology, Neuromuscular massage, Neuro integration....I am tired of trying to figure this out!
I have had ALS, MS etc. thrown at me as a possibility. Wellness Dr. says it is an imbalance in my central nervous system and with proper nutrition/supplements the body will heal. I have been on supplements for about 2 months now.

Any insight?
