How high can serum copper get?

The "safe" levels that I have been told are :
12 - 22 umol/L
or
76 - 140 ug/dl

My levels are

23.2 umol/L October 2009 (148 ug/dl)
49.2 umol/L January 2010 (313 ug/dl)
43 umol/L February 2010 (274 ug/dl)
46.1 and 45 umol/L March 2010 (294 and 287 ug/dl)

My question is how high can Serum Copper get?

Also on a scale of "meh..." to "wholly freaking cow, Batman!!!", where do I sit? How worried should I be?

Keep in mind that my high copper by itself is not the only reason why I am asking this or having my copper tested monthly. I have not worked for 8 months.

My GP says it's the highest level of copper she has ever seen, but then again I live in a small rural town... so...she may not have been exposed to as many cases of copper toxicity as doctors in the cities.

I put my question in the neurology experts forum.... because I am having neurological problems, and I was trying to limit what I was asking for to a small amount of information that a neurologist (who knows about copper) might know off the top of his head, instead of dumping my life history in a question, because that would never be completely read or answered for $5.

I am sorry that you didn't understood my answer.
The disorder, which you are talking about,is linked to copper metabolism.
And i have asked you to visit the specialist, not the GP.

I will not be the correct person to answer about the metabolic disorders.
