Is my Neurologist right?

I’m 30 yrs old with GERD and high cholesterol (227 total, 109 triglycerides, 38.0 hdl, 21.8 vldl and 167 ldl ) and  5’7 172 lbs.
I have bulging disc at c5-c6, t6-t7 and have yet to receive word on my lumbar region. I also have Cervical Spondylosis and DDD in the Thoracic region. I have pain in the chest, mostly in the sternum area along with moderate to severe pressure, in between the ribs, shoulders, both arms, neck ,back and back of legs. I also get pain in the front of my neck where the jugulars are and in the back of the upper and lower jaws and severe pressure in the temples. I have pain in the abdomen with spasms there as well.
I have been to the ER multiple times for the chest pain, had a cardiac workup to include a stress test with ultrasound thing. Cardio swears my heart is fine but I am short of breath and dizzy along with my pains and am worried he might be wrong even after all of the tests.
So question is, does this sound more like a cardiac issue or spinal disc causing this?

Dear Friend,
I would still relate the event with Cervical disc problem, rather than heart related changes.
Getting an MRI scan with full spine screening is the best way out. The scan would give us entire details about the changes happening inside the spine and thus help in tackling the issue in a much better way.
Please don't try to co-relate it with any other heart ailments, unless proved.
Basic ECG would be sufficient for Heart ailment diagnosis.
