Dear Buddy,
I would suggest you to get a MRI of the Lumbo-Scaral spine with full spine screening done soon.Along with it, it's advisable to do a Nerve Conduction Velocity study to rule out any form of pinched nerve. Both these tests will help out to know the real cause of this problem.I am suspecting more of a disc prolapse with/without spondylosis and it may be associated with other reason of pinched nerve.
So get the testing done and let us know soon.
Keep asking more.
