uncontrolable eposides

My daughter is 32 and has been experiencing perodic eposides in which she says she hear voices, has preasure and pain in the back of her neck, and begins yelling curse words for no explainable reason. These eposides last approximately 15 minutes.  She has seen several doctors now and has an appointment with a neurogist . One doctor recently told her her tyroid gland might be involved.   Everyone in our family is concerned and worried for her safety. On one occasion she release the stearing wheel of her car while going at high speeds, she held her hands to her head and yelled, she also pounded her legs.  Most of the time, however, she is rational and pleasent to be with.
