Hi

A colloid cyst is a collection of gelatinous material in the brain. What is the size of your cust? Are you having any symptoms? These may be completely asymptomatic or may have symptoms like headache, weakness of limbs, and loss of consciousness. These result from hydrocephalus caused by the accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the brain. Symptomatic cysts generally range from 1 cm to 3 cm in diameter.

Although MRI has the advantage of multiplanar imaging, CT scanning is usually adequate for the diagnosis of a colloid cyst.

Best..
