Does anyone have these symptons PLEASE HELP!!!!

I am 36 years old Female,I have been having peroids of times that I lose all function of my arms and legs and blured vision and I have been expercing for many years cognitive troubles I call the stove a couch, sink ...ect I can not get the right word out, and I have also expericed all my life where I cant feel myself sitting in a chair or laying down I cant decide if theres anything under me , the bed spins tingling in my fingers and numbness can't make decesions, and have peroids of forgetfullness and I have muscle spasums. I have my last MRI findings they are
On cornal FLAIR images , there are focous of abnormal signal measuring 5 mm in maximal diameter . This is located in the left temporal lobe white matter aproximately the level of the left middle temporal gyrus, lateral to the medial temporal lobe. the hippocampus itself does not resprent focal atrophy. Signal void involving the basilar artery and both internal carotid arteries.
1) 5 MM focus of abnormal signal intentified in the left temporal lobe white matter with localized area of gliosis.

2.) Megna cisterna magna

3.) Prominent CSF signal identified anterior to the left temporal lobe .Through this may respresent locialized atrophy , the possibility of a small arachnoid cyst.

I get electrocial type shocks all over my body ,I get to where I cant move my arms or legs and just have no energy at all ,I can't feel myself sitting or laying down I've been that way my whole life. I can't find the right words to even talk to anybody without sounding like a total lune. Hands and feet are always numb, Severe neck pains I've had surgery on C5 abd C6, and I have Raynaulds... Is it possible that I have MS?

You have had a lot to deal with for a long time.

Can you be more specific about when the problems began?  How old were you. ?

Do you have episodes of numbness or is it permanent?

Does "all the time" mean "really often" or "constant, without ever letting up"?

Have all the problems been present for the same length of time or have they come on at different times?

What other tests have been done besides the MRI?

Is there a family history of neurological or other major medical problems?  

Have you seen a neurologist?

Try to give us a little more information and maybe we can see the picture better.

Yes my granfather had Parkinston diease.   but thats all that I know of.
I did'nt tellyou that when I was 3 Years old I was burnt over 50 percent of my body with 3r/d and 4t/h degree burns they give me blood I got hep C from it could it be possible that i got the virus that causes ms then.

I recemtly have been having those problems for about 6 months to a year they come and go . I have had eegs done a they all come back normal. The systoms have gotton worse in the past 3 months the numbness is worse when I have the eposides than others. And yes I have seen a a neorlogist for about 10 years now. I also have bad jerking mostly on the right side. The doctor never has always question epilespy and has told me that I had spinal fluid leakage.

I'm sorry, but with your history of spinal surgery, and of deep, extensive burns, you have so many reasons for pain and problems, I wouldn't know how to analyze your problem.  Sometimes a 2nd opinion can be helpful - a fresh perspective from aother neurologist.
