New CC patient! with Neurology medical problems

Hello,
I was hoping a Cleveland Clinic Neurologist could assist me or help me with some answers. I really believe I am going crazy. First off, the three Neurologists that I have consulted with locally, have all told me that I have nothing Neurological wrong with me. I cannot list all of the symptoms that I have here because they overlap specialties but I will try to list the neurological problems.
My memory, I cannot remember what I am going to say if I do not interrupt a person speaking. If I do wait, I will totally forget. This happens every time I want to say something when someone is talking. I have no recollection of the topic at all.

I went to the store about a year ago. When I got to my car I started to feel very disengaged. I got into the car and I was there two hours before I could call my husband to come and get me. I knew the cell phone was sitting next to me but I could not make myself pick it up, I was seeing people diving onto the hood of my car but I knew in my mind that it was really not happening. It was if I could not move or talk for two hours. I was very spaced out. This has happened several times.

I have dizzy spells out of the blue that make the whole room flip and spin. They can last a half of a second or hours.

The last MRi I had was about 5 years ago but I have herniated and bulging discs in my C,T, and L spine. Spondyloidosis, spinal stenosis, narrowing of the formalin all down the T-spine, scoliosis, sciatica in either leg, and DDD.

My feet are on fire and tingling especially when I first wake up. It hurts very much to walk. Also my arms fall asleep either they are not getting circulation or there is something pressing upon the nerves. I sleep on my side and when I awake, the arm that is the highest is totally numb and swollen. I have Edema in my hands/arms and my feet and really my whole body but it shows the most in my hands, arms, lower legs and feet.

Rheynauds Syndrome

Restless Leg Sydrome which is now Restless body syndrome. My whole body jumps and twitches at any time of the day or night. It started with legs twitching at night only.

I have digestion and evacuation problems. Severe. It is so bad that I am anemic and I can only eat a couple of soft foods. Most of the time it exits the way that it went in my mouth.

I was told that I have metabolic syndrome- clinically. As I said, I do not digest much of any foods.

I take supplemental vitamins but they come out and they are not ghost shells. I take sublingual Vit B-12 and that seems to work because when I have my B-12 tested, it is very high.

I have osteopenia. I believe it is from not getting proper vitamins even though I have gained weight over the last year.

I feel as if my skin hurts all over my body and I break out in strange rashes or areas that are red and inflammed but it may be something else the next day. Right now, when I woke up this morning, there was a huge lump behind my ear that was hard to the touch but very painful.

I have a subcutaneous/muscle/nerve or vein condition that has never been biopsied over the past six years. It started spreading symmetrically from the bottom up to the top of my head. It started very slow and over the past 8 or so months it spread rapidly. It is visible in my mouth and that is what I picture it looks like under my skin that is affected. Because there are no nodules that protrude outwards, every physician that I have consulted with has dismissed it. It is one of the most painful conditions that I have had  to endure. It does feel like lesions/nodules in certain areas but I can only feel it because it starts to hurt without touching it. When I feel the area, it is extremely painful. It seems to have spread and it will inflame but these areas never have gone away. As I said, it is covering my whole body and I am worried that it may be introduced into my spine or interfering with my intestines. (That is because of the taughtness that I feel from the area/lump to the spine or the intestines.

I have Factor V Leiden gene for blood clots and everyone on my maternal side of her maternal side of the family has died from strokes, gangrene to the intestines from a blood clot (my grandmother), my mother has already had two mini-strokes and is losing her memory. My memory as I said, is ridiculously bad for a 43 year old woman.

I have pain in my bones, joints, especially my hands and the joint nearest the end of my fingers even though every bone in my body hurts as it has been broken, my shoulders feel out of socket , now my elbows and wrists and knees hurt terribly. It hurts to just move.

When I bend over or squat, my legs cramp so badly.

My arms mostly but any part of my body will just jump/twitch really hard. I can be writing with a pen and I twitch and rmy arm flies uncontrollably.

I used to love spicy and very hot foods. Now I cannot handle toothpaste in my mouth because it burns so badly.

I had an accident and if air blows up my nose, especially cold air but it doesn't have to be cold, I get a terrible pain in my face that is very shapr and burning. My nose was broken and I had a blow-out fracture with soft tissue density. Now my left eye does not want to stay on track with my left eye. The Shock Trauma Facial Plastic Surgeons stated that what they could do for me in reference to my eye wandering, would not make a difference if they did perform the surgery.  I did lose all of the nerves on the left side of my face but they are coming back but some of them are in the wrong places. IE; if I touch my nose, it feels as if I am pushing really hard between my eyes. Strange.
This is probably not all inclusive but I was wondering if you think that I need to see a Neurologist when I get to the Cleveland Clinic? I did have a tilt table test which I failed. They said it has something to do with my heart and BP not being in sync.I had a test where the doctor put glasses on me and did a strobe light in my eyes and other things that I cannot remember. I falied this also. I;ve had EMG's and the results that I got from the EMG's were supposedly OK.

Well I will stop there. I think I have given you enough for now to let me know if any of these symptoms are in the Neurology field. I believe that I am getting/have MS or/and an autoimmune disease(s).

One more thing. I had surgery on my arm about two or so years ago. The scar healed very strange and my arm still hurts badly. It is very tender to the touch all of the way down from the inside of my elbow to my wrist. I do not think this pain is ever going to go away.

Thank You for your time and maybe I will meet you at CC,

Kendra Howard
