I slipped and fell from a height well over ten feet and got a bump on my forehead.
many years ago.  Is it possible this fall to cause frontal venous angioma?

Without the ability to examine you and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of your symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

Venous angiomas are also called "developmental venous anomaly" and are just a variation of normal veins. These are usually found incidentally, and usually one does not have any symptoms because of these. The most common location is frontal. People are usually born with these and they usually do not result from head trauma. So I think it is just an incidental finding in your case.
