partial fluid opacification in the left inferior mastoid air cells ... Is this something I should be worried about?

I recently got a CT scans and it states that I have a partial fluid opacification in the left inferior mastoid air cells... Shoud I be worried about this? How can it be treated and what causes this to happen?!?
