1 WEEK POST ANTERIOR DISC REMOVAL AND FUSION

Hi There Friends/Qiix, hope you're feeling good. I seem to be on my  way to recovery pretty good, but I have one Major problem....CONSTIPATION!!!!! Big time. Anybody know of any quick fixes. Have been taking 2 senekot a day, but doesn't seem to be helping. Have a lot of stmach pain, pressure  and bloating, Really feel I need to go but can't strain. Still have a lot of nerve tingling and pain in left shoulder, arm and hand. But neck is doing good. I was so surprised they glued the outside together, no stitches. Have been doing some walking, but my legs get really shaky. I drove a mile yesterday, and found out that wwas NOT a good idea. Too many meds floating around in my system. Enjoying my daughter's visit from Florida to help me....BUT help with tthe bathroom issue....Thanks again...

I'm at two weeks post ACDF and I used, glycerin suppositories for constipation and they worked great for me....good luck with your fusion!
