100% Right Cortoid Artery Blocked + Head Pain

My mom is 73, she had surgery last Oct, for a 95% blockage on the right side, within 4 weeks she had a TIA and was back in the hospital. Now, it is blocked 100% from the top right of the aorta to above the right eye. Of course there is nothing they will do at this point. Since Nov, she has constant head pain at the right temple and above the right eyebrow. Im being told this is due to the blockage. She is now on Morphine for the pain but that does not seem to work. We are also dealing Orthostatic Hypotension.  The left side has a 40 - 45% blockage. Any suggestions.
