12 year old son's MRI translation (help)

My son has CP.   Last year he had to have emergency surgery on his heart due to a rare heart birth defect. After that he had to have an MRI. It said:  Right Lateral Frontal Developemental Venous anomaly. There is a subtle lucency within the cortex at the right frontal parietal junction (laterally) -up to a centimeter in length. This implies Focal Encephalomalacia. What the heck does all that mean ? That was almost a year and half ago and  no one is telling me anything.Did he have a stroke a birth or something? He has Spastic Diplegic CP, scoliosis and learning disabil.s as well as ADHD. Do these tie together with whatever all that means above?            Please help me.
