my 13 y/o has been vomiting everything she eats or drinks since jan 6, 2008. we have been to the gastroenterologist and had scopes, probes, CT, etc and all showed nothing abnormal. when she presented w/headache mid-February he had MRI of her brain. MRI showed cyst in pituitary gland 3x5mm. She was recently hospitalized for IV fluids and nutrients since she can't keep anything down. she has an appetite, (not nauseus (sp)), has sleeping problems, dizziness, vision changes, menstrual changes (until the IV fluids), lethargic, and weight loss. we have seen a neurologist but he is indifferent. Looking for someone for second opinion. Since my dght was released from the hospital the weight loss is happening again (w the iv fluids she gained 3 pounds back) she is down about 10-12 pounds. any help, advice anything is appreciated.
