18 Year Old Experiencing Troubling Symptoms - Please Help.

Almost a year ago now, I had mono with liver involvement. Ever since, I've had a few bothersome symptoms (lymph nodes still swollen under a centimeter, postnasal drip, green phlegm discharge in the mornings, and my urine never quite returned to normal although I've been told my urine tests no longer show anything abnormal). I never really had any problems aside from these things, although a month or two afterwards I experienced some numbness and tingling after shaving my face that lasted a couple of hours.

I would find this inconsequential if three months ago I hadn't experienced numbness and tingling on the right side of my face which went away within a couple of days, but then led to some strange vision changes (lots and lots of floaters, light sensitivity, et cetera), memory issues (the best way I can describe it is like trying to remember a dream or the feeling of trying to remember deja vu, like my mind having a spasm, although it doesn't disable me like a seizure would and there are no physical aspects), I still occasionally have some numbness, my limbs tend to fall asleep very easily, stomach issues (loose stool in the mornings especially, bowel frequency increase), temperature fluctuation (96.8 - 99.9 although this is probably inconsequential). All of this came on VERY suddenly, and I thankfully have yet to experience anything else troubling in these last three months.

However, I am having a lot of trouble enjoying my life. I have very bad anxiety and have been to at least 15 doctor appointments in the last three months trying to get an answer. I have had a brain MRI, a nerve conduction test, an abdominal CT scan (without contrast, only oral), stool cultures, opthalmology exams, chest X-rays, sinus CT scans, a spinal cord MRI. I need suggestions as to who I should see and what approach I should take. I'm 5'6" and 140 pounds, and am not out of shape. The only thing found is polycythemia (high RBC count, which is most likely not related as it has been ongoing for months) and anxiety. Although recently my blood pressure has skyrocketed in doctor's offices. It was 179/89 at one point, most likely as a result of a panic attack. My blood pressure has normally been 120/75.

I am just so frustrated and I don't know what to do. I almost want to go to the emergency room and beg to be admitted until someone can figure out what is wrong with me. I can't live my life normally and I can't enjoy it like a normal 18 year old should be able to. Not only that, I am having panic attacks almost every night focusing on what this could be and what might be happening to me, although my anxiety has been an ongoing problem and has been confirmed to not be related to these issues. Does anyone have any input for me at all? I feel like a shell of what I was in a way.

Let me also mention that I have always had some muscle twitching and shaking of my hands since I have been a child, but the muscle twitches have increased lately, where my eyebrow will twitch for almost 10 minutes at a time although this has only happened a couple times since the onset of these symptoms.
