2 different speech problems but am a mess :(

Hi, thank you for having this website. I am feeling desperate to have this resolved or at least a clue to where (what kind of doctor) I need to make an appointment so it can be resolved. I think my GP is about to be fired by me, I wont tell her yet, but she has not been helpful over the last month, and I am continuly decling and progressing to worse and worse symtoms. She just tells me she is evaluating, and my pain can be so excruiting that life doesnt feel like worth living at that instant. I wake up happy and ill, by end of day I have extreme anxiety and fully disheartened, cuz it still hasnt gone away.
A month woke up with swelling right side of face, cheek jaw and eyes. Numbness (like novocaine wearing off)  and stabbing nerve pain in my face down jaw and to near my eye. It is not dental related which is what I first thought until the next day, dentist and cat scan/mri (face and brain) showed that. All those tests showed was swelling in my cheek which they dont know what it is from.  The swelling is daily and so bad in the morning I can barely see (my eyes hurt, they feel tender and light HURTS..this monitor is killing me now with sunglasses on) ,  the swelling is  also now on both sides of my face. They checked me for a stroke when it first started a month ago, when I started having nerve pain down right side arm and my speech was messed up due to "acute right facial weakness" and getting double vision/shaking sensation and out of focus.  They have told me now, it is not Bell's Palsy. It is not MS since there were no leisons in my brain ( but I did tell them my aunt that died of MS at 52, didnt have brain leisons till the end..which was ignored). Also, my sed rate came back normal (can cogentin, gabapentin, or motrin interfere with that?) Nerve pain in my feet, I have a previous history of bulging lumbar discs, but let them know it didnt feel the same nor does my back hurt, which every time previous relapse back problems. I sometimes have diarehhea and urinary urgency/leaking (like bladder infections). I get spazzy, like really bad when trying to do things, My right arm will jerk violently ( like hitting chest and accidently spilling stuff , or shooting out of my hand...had horrible hot soup incident 2 weeks ago from it). Over the month, it now includes my neck which causes my head to bob. My legs have calmed down in nerve pain, they just feel weak now. I cannot walk very far or they start to shake and buckle (knees slaming back and forth sort of) and my walk gets more and more off. If I have one symtom...the others soon follow:usually slurring speech from my tongue (nerve pain bad there and in gums) and mouth not working right (worse on right side but nerve pain/weakness on both sides) , then my legs weaken, and  right arm start flailing around. My doc said if she didnt know me she would think I had downs syndrome.  I am so tired, a new definition of fatigue for me. I do take synthroid for hashimoto's and have PCOS insulin resistance, both blood levels great.
I am better when I rest, almost normal except . Just don't ask me to use my arms or walk/stand anywhere for too long. All of it waxes and wanes, but every week that goes by, I know it is more and more severe. 2nd ER visit they had diagnosed me with "generaliezed acute weakness", did no tests and offered me wheelchair or caine. I should have said yes to the caine in hindsight. They spoke to my doctor, which I think she reassured them, she is treating me. At least at that point she put me on gabapentin, which has started to take off the edge of the nerve pain. It is not continous nerve pain, just random stabbing for less then miniute, but so painful each time I want to cry and soemtimes do. Cogentin was what I tried first and didnt seem to help, it was the rest which was helping.. and cogentin is intolerable for how dry my mouth and eyes became.

So, the symtom that bothers me the most and most consistant now is the speech problem that developed second. The neurologist I was sent to never heard how I sounded and blew me off, and I described it poorly to her though. I wake up and my voice is altered. My throat gets stabbing pain in the side of it like right below your adams apple. I never have a sore throat with it and havent the entire time, but trouble swallowing. My face will not be weak, i will not have nerve pain so not having the slurring speech. It sometimes feels like I am being strangled and my voice sounds like it sort of is being strangled at times. I will have no control over the pitch or volume. I will get the STAB nerve pain in throat or sometimes cough= voice alters. Sometimes rapidly from high pitched squeeks to a frog demon voice, my voice both ways breaks apart ( i mistakenly said stuttering to neurologist, my husband said to stop using that word, since it is not really like a real stutter). It sounds like there is a tremor, sometimes I sound like stephen hawkings or like a cartoon charater. It will randomly change, but the pain is now horrendous when it gets that bad. The longest it lasted was 5 hours, I was somewhat amused, and found out that not speaking didnt make it go way. I was amused till I choked on my first sip of coffee. I ended up doubled over and couldnt breathe or make a sound, till the liquid came out my mouth, I fell to the flour in a coughing fit. I am scared of choking to death now. I called my doctors answering service (sunday) and by the time she called back hours later. My voice was near normal again. it is weird when that happens, it will happen in the middle of a word. Like midsentence, voice goes back and forth to some crazy sounds to almost normal.  I did record it with my husbands help. I have been told that I shouldnt fear choking to death on water if my voice is mostly normal, only when it gets bad and dont be alone.

So, yesterday and today: the speech problems ( the mechanical ones with movement in my tongue/mouth face) are combining with the demon voice weirdness, stabbing pain in neck. I begged for an mri/cat scan any kind of throat test yesterday at my doctors, she said wait to see ENT next Thursday..another week. I am terrified I am gonna stop breathing in my sleep ( thank god the CPAP i use for apnea (mixed) helps relieve that feat) or choke to death on something stupid. My arm randomly jerking seems a nuisence in comparrison....except when it lasts hours till my muscles are sore and joints hurt from it.

I hate the neurologist I saw, i know I shouldnt say that...but my husband and GP didnt like her either. She said it was my 5th crainal nerve, and leg pain from my old back injury. She saw me for 5minues and wouldnt listen.  When my symptoms have become worse or new, like new voice thing, she wouldnt see me and then when I did blew me off cuz I wasnt having it at that moment. I wont see her again, since she was umm one of the least pleasent people I have ever met. My doc had me call a neuologist that she likes, but they cannot see me until APRIL 2nd. I have not been able to work in the last 2 weeks.

Please help, I dont know if it irrational or not, but I feel like I am going to die soon or that whatever is going on with me is gonna get permanent if I dont get treatment soon.

Sorry, another comment, cannot find the edit button :) They have tried: amoxicillin, acycolvair and 50mg prednisone going down till gone. The antibiotics/antiviral no help at all. Prednisone maybe helped not sure? But all gone now for week now and worse then ever.

I forgot, I also get headache right at my eyebrows. Sometimes so bad that it wakes me up in middle of night, I then start vomiting. The headache, doesnt last like maybe 10min. I then have the eye pain/light hurts thing. Sometimes, it feels like the floor is moving like I am drunk too.
