2 lesions on pons

Hi I am new.  I have had many symptoms since last few years but have ignored them not thinking much about them.  I have been having many either horrible headaches or migraines lately and also terrible lt arm pain.   So I decided to have MRI  which showed 2 lesions on pons.  I have also been having terrible blurry vision off and on for at least last 8 months.  I am also a very clumsy person and didn't think to much about it.  However I have been worse lately.  I have alot of pain everywhere however I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.  I also cannot control my writing like I used to just thought this was probably arthritis but it is not.  So everything blamed on the fibro.  I have some family history of my Great Grandfather with ALS and many cousins with different neurological problems such as ms and sarcoidosis of brain some others too that I cannot think of that's another thing I am very forgetful.  I just wanted to know what usually causes these lesions on the pons?I saw my neurosurgeion who did surgery on my neck, had a fusion of c5-6 and c6-7 a few years ago my neck still bothering me.  He said with alot of my symptoms could be ms or strokes so now I see a neurologist on Monday.  Just wondered if you could give me any insight.
Sorry for going on and on.  But this is very scary to me especially the vision part and headaches it is hard for me to funcion.  I also am tired and feel like I can hardly get anything done.
