2 seperate issues or not

I have Neurofibromatosis 1 I have only found out that I had it back in 2005, and I was 34 years old. I have a 5 year old son who is going to be confirmed tomorrow that he also has it. I also believe my 7 year old has it but not the 2 oldest boys.
now my youngest son has some cardiac issues one of them is his HR will be up where it should be or higher but then it will drop really low and he once passed out and 3 other times has come close to passing out. I am that way at times, my HR will gointg o the low 40's and my BP for years has been 90/60 but since Aug has been 80/40 my question is can NF do this to a person, my gut instinct says NO! my 5 year old is currently wearing a reveal monitor that he has had in him now just a month
