2 tonic-clonic seizure 6 yrs ago...in the clear?

Hello. I have suffered from two grand mal / generalized tonic-clonic seizures about 6 years ago now. They were 5 months apart. The first time I was sleeping and had been taking Hydroxycut and Metabolife for months prior to the seizure. I stopped taking the diet drugs after the first seizure. 5 months later I had a sinus infection and took some over the counter meds for that and had another seizure (falling off the exam table at the urgent care center and breaking my nose to boot!) At that point a neurologist ordered an EEG which according to him came back abnormal. He prescribed Dilantin, but I stopped taking it after a couple months because I got pregnant.I did see the neurologist at that time and he did a pretty basic exam which he said to be normal. Have not had any seizures since, but I do not take ANY medications, other than acetaminophen, for fear of inducing another seizure. Am I in the clear now, having gone so long without another seizure? Could the two I had have been caused by the drugs I was taking?
