24/M Anerysms of both internal carotid arteries of cavernous section. PLEASE HELP!

I had an MRA June 1, these were the findings ( There is no evidence of focal stenosis or arterial malformation demonstrated. There is tiny outpouching of lateral flow from the caverbous portion of the right internal carotid artery. It measures 1.5mm from base to apex and .6mm in diameter near its base consistent with an anerysm. There is minimal outpuching of flow from the cavernous portion of the left internal carotid artery measuring 1.2mm from base to apex, and .7mm in diameter near its base consistant with an aenurysm. I had this MRA done at Methodist Hosital in Sugar Land, Tx. I recently lost my health insurance and  I would like to know if anyone can lead me in the right direction as to what kind of diagnostics I should have done next or who I should speak to, or what my next step should be. My neurologist told me I can lift weights, run, etc, and that I don't have to cut back on anything. I am VERY SKEPTICAL AND  WORRIED ABOUT HIS RESPONSE. I ALSO HAVE TINNITUS IN BOTH EARS THAT IS HORRIBLE WHEN I LAY DOWN AND TRY TO SLEEP!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
