3 year old with hyptonia and hypermobility of joints

My three-year old son was born with hyptonia and hypermobility in joints with many dislocations. He has had eating issues with chewing and speech delays. Other issues, very crowded mouth, high roof, constant ear infections, mouth breather, asthma. He is short stature. The strangest is he can touch his tongue to the bottom of his chin. Doctor kept on telling me it was no big deal. School told me to get him to the doctor. I took him to another doctor.  So far his tests are coming back for increased pyruvate, and slightly increased lactate and aspartate aminotransferase.

I have had many issues as well with hypermobility,dural estasic with menningocles in thorax region, scolosis, seizures in temporal lobe, hearing loss of low tones in left ear. Also have a heart arrhythmia and low potassium at times.

Wondering if the two are related? and what is going on. I never had any of my issues really put together. Each doctor just treating the symptoms and not looking for the underlying cause.
