3 yr old had a seizure

I have a 3 yr old son who had a seizure on Saturday. The ER Dr said it was a febrile seizure.

A little history, he was diagnosed with Sensory Processing Didorder and PDD-NOS. There are a history of seizures on my side (2 of my nephews had yhem in infancy and I had one about 7 years ago while I was sleepinh, I was fetting over the flu or something). My husband also has 2 brothers with seizure disorders with adult onset. A few months ago we tok my son to the neurologist because he was doing this rapid eye blinking thing almost all the time. This lasted for about a month and then he stopped and basically hasn't done it since but only a few times. By the time his appt came around he wasn't doing it anymore. They did an EEG and MRI, both normal.

On Saturday he got a fever around 9:00am and then at 2:30 he had a seizure. He went to his Dr yesterday and they couldn't find the cause of the fever as there are no other symptoms. He was a little congested but not much. We are waiting on the results of the urine sample.

My husband talked to the neurologist yesterday (she happrned to call when I took my son to his Dr). She said it sounded like a febrile seizure but she was concerned because during the seizure his eyes went to the right. However there is nothing she could do until he has another one.

My question is what would be concerning about his eyes going right? She thinks there may be something going on. I tried calling her back yesterday but I still haven't heard from here. Also why would she have to ait. Uf there was something going I would assume you can do some kind of test to find out. Does anybody have any ideas what tbat could be?
