30 year old mother with multiple meningiomas

I am thirty years old with 4 young children. After my latest ct-scan the radiologist noted calcified meningiomas. One is in my high interhemispheric falx 17mm in AP by 7mm transverse dimension. Another one in the high right frontal region measuring 15 x 27mm.  I had a ct-scan back in 2000 due to a car accident at that time they mentioned I had calcium deposits. I have received a copy of that report and they had one measurement of 5 x 9 mm. Obviously they have grown since 2000. I went in this latest time for a ct-scan because of a lump on the back of my head. My question is; are these large enough that I should be concerned about possible seizures? I am afraid to drive on the freeway with my kids in the car. I meet with the neurosurgeon in three weeks. I wonder if he will want to do surgery right away? Are there any specific questions I should ask? Since there are two in my head should I ask for a scan of my spine as well? I have always suffered from lower back pain but attributed it to my pregnancies and flat footedness. I'm also wondering if the doc should check me for NF2, since I have a slight hearing loss in one ear, ringing in my ears, and a history of blind spots in my vision & vertigo/balance issues.
