4mm and 3mm disc protrusion

hi i was wondering if you could tell me if having the following is a bad thing or not and if it is safe to get pregnant again?? i have a L4/5 4 mm left paracentral disc protrusion which abuts the budding left L5 nerve root and L5/s1 3mm central disc protrusion which abuts the vertral thecal sac but does not result in significant thecal sac compression????thank you for ur help
