7 months post injury pain hip thigh pelvic bone

7 months ago my r knee gave out causing me to fall only to catch myself with my arm on the desk.  I felt sudden burning; stinging pain  in right hip/thigh/pevlic bone areathat has come and gone dependent on my activity.  Physicians checked for hernia; obturator nerve entrampment.  I have had mri; ct w/wo contrast/ "pelvic injection which caused loss of use of r leg for a day.

Pain is present when sitting.  Pain is right in crease of hip/leg.  I have pain (stabbing) when I'm standing and very bad stabbing pain with sneezing.  This is a work comp injury and my boss is starting to look at me funny each time I come back from physician with different diagnosis.

Is this a groin injury?  Physician gives me 1:1 to sciatic region which gives temporary relief.

Also, coincidently have developed cluster headaches.

I'm at my wits end...which pain do you treat first....
