8 year old son with idiopathic toe walking spine/hip pain and kidney problems

Hello,  My son has had ongoing kidney,hydrophrenosis and reflux, lower spine pain, idiopathic toe walking and left hip/groin pain since sepetember.  lower lumbar MRI negative.  Pain is ongoing.  Physical therapy started.  He was a premature baby, at 32 weeks, with sever reflux disease, metopic craionsystossis(surgically corrected), four hernia repairs, iguinal, hiatal, umbilicle, and has had two fundoplications-the last one a year ago which failed, despite the surgery sites still intact.  He also has eye-muscle problems which require glasses, however, his eyes are worsening.  He was originally diagonosed with microcephaly, microganthia, and a hemongioma in the eye, forehead area at birth. He also had macroglossia, which almost required a tongue reduction at age 4.  Cognitively, he appers normal, except for some minor attention problems.  I am wondering if the current symptoms can be related to a neurological problems?  The gastroenterologis has indicated fundoplications do not work well with neuologically impaired children.  He also has bile reflux disease for which he takes medications regularly.  We are going to see a neurologist next month.  I am very frustrated because the testing does not appear to give us answers.He also has odd patterns of urinating and does not always have the urge to go.  Any suggestions?
