Alica, I do not know about the falling b/c my daughter is not there yet. But, my boys both started walking at 9 months and they fell ALL THE TIME! I think mine did b/c it was so early for them to be walking.
I felt my dd shaking in the womb also, the OB did not believe me. They did an u/s when I was pregnant and said there was a litte fluid around the brain, but it was a normal amount. She did not seize during the u/s.
She just had an MRI, I am interested to see what, if anything, showed on it.
It is so hard and frustrating to watch your child go through these things. My OB also said oh thats probably just normal movement and not to worry. but I knew it wasn't, and after he was born it was horrible his little legs would tremor ALL the time, now its not as noticeable but he does still have the tremors and his legs will stiffen up and i think this may be some of the problem.
My now 2 year old walked alone at 9 months and she fell but not like this. Some of my friends think I worry to much, but call me crazy its a motherly feeling that there is something wrong. i have an 11yr, 8yr and 2 yr and the littlest one thats 9 mos. and he seems to have trouble with things more then the others. the Neurologist said clonus shows there is damage somewhere just not sure where and what all it will effect, he is still so young.
Oh my gosh, that is where my dd has her spasms also, in her legs! She will stretch them out and the will just shake and shake! Some times she does it with her arm, but rarely. She has recently started head rolling too. I was wondering how her leg spasms will affect her walking.
I feel exactly the way you do! Did you breastfed your son? If so, did you notice if he had more leg spams when you ate certain things?
