hi alebobo,
you are a very nice friend, that is why you are so worried about her. your posting here explains your concern about her.
But before we can advice you anything, we need to know her diagnosis(wht's the name of her brain tumor, what treatment is she taking, who has told that the tumor is regressing?, etc)
So give us a detailed medical history, so taht we can help you in a better way,
regards
abhijeet
