AVM (Please help me)

Dear Doctor
I am in Thailand. My 9 years old son had AVM rupture 1 year and 6 months ago at left side.
The doctor told me that he only removed 30 ml blood but he can not get rid of nidus. The doctor did angiogram for him 6 months after surgery. The doctor said that he can not see any nidus from agiogram. Now he had problem with math, Thai , English. I would like to ask:
     1. Why we can not see nidus in agiogram although the doctor did not remove nidus?
     2. We can not see nidus, is it possible the the angiogram sensitive enough.(I think for the new angiogram in other hospital)?
     3. Is it possible for rerupturing?
     4. Should I do the angiogram again? And when should I do it and how often?

Hello.

It is likely that after the rupture the nidus may have missed. Now since a lot of time has elapsed, you may repeat an MR Angiogram after every six months. The chances of re-rupture are moderate.
