AVM advice please!!

I have a rather larger AVM in my right FL that they just caught. I am scared to death. I'm a single mom of a active, smart, and beautiful 7 year old boy. I've been sent to 4 doctors and finally (hopefully) have landed at my last stop at UAB (University of Birmingham). He has given me 3 options. 1 being surgery which my gut feeling is telling me to do. I have seizures at least once every 2 weeks if not more. I want more advice and input on people from people who are dealing with this, dealt with this, survive this, or know someone. Another option is radiation but, that's over a 4 year course of time if it works and from the way it was described to me. A globe being locked over my head. No. I'm  claustrophobic. I'm only 25. I wish I could post a picture of how large it was
