AVM and pregnancy risk

I have multiple AVMs on my left hand.  I am not aware of any other AVMs, but I have never really had the reason to find out until now.  I am considering getting pregnant and have been looking for information on the likelihood of cerebral AVMs when limb AVMs have been identified.  I have not been able to find any information and am hoping that there may be someone out there who may be able to shed some light on this.  I have not had any neurological symptoms (besides epilepsy as a child) and the only significant family history is of a grandmother who had a severe stroke in her early 30s.

Does anyone have any information on the prevalence of multifocal AVMs (or any other information that may help)?
