Abnormal EEG and Sleepwalking

Abnormal EEG and Sleepwalking

My husband's EEG came back with abnormalities in the temporal region and his MRI brain with contrast came back negative.  He frequently talks in his sleep but now he has starting sleepwalking.  He will get out of bed and start doing one of his daily rituals (eg getting ready for work).  We know no history of him having a seizure of any kind.  He has suffered from migraines daily since his late teens.  He takes medication daily  to control the headaches.  He also has a family history of cerebral aneurysms and brain tumors.  This is why we are so concered.  Is it possible to have seizures only in your sleep?  Could he have a tumor the MRI didn't pick up on?  Also any remedies besides meds for migrains?  Massages seem to help especially when I apply pressure to the base of his skull.
