Abnormal EEG for 3yr old

So, I'm at Oakland Children's Hospital and am not getting any answers for my 3yr old. She's been having seizures since sept and they finally sent us down here (i live 400+ miles away). She hasn't had one seizure here so far so it's been really hard trying to figure out whats going on. Tonight she had a weird sudden mood/emotional change that I normally see before or after a seizure. She was totally excited to get her dinner and had her fork in hand ready to eat. Well, out of nowhere she stopped.. got super spacey and didn't want any of her food anymore.. not even the popsicle a nurse brought in. She started getting aggitated or angry and continued to be spacey. I looked at the EEG screen and took a few pictures of it. She went from normal to these crazy squiggles...
Do these look abnormal to you? Someone told me something in her brain is misfiring... whatever that means. I attached the pic of the EEG.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
The EEG pattern can be due to increased brain activity or due to disturbances in recording.
It could be Rolandic spikes but complete recording is needed for diagnosis. If it is Rolandic spikes, your daughter will outgrow this form of epilepsy soon. Please discuss with your doctor. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. I know you all may not be professionals or doctors.. but there's got to be someone out there that has seen these or had a family that went thru EEGs that know if this is normal or not.
