Abnormal Spot on Brain MRI Nasal Cavity

I have an abnormal spot in the left nasal cavity (see scan).  Any ideas what it could be; anything I should possibly be worried about?  Also, if I were to describe the location of this abnormality to my neurologist/radiologist, how would I describe it?  Thanks.

It may not be from the nasal cavity. It could be from the base of the brain, it could be the pineal gland. And any abnormal findings would have been reported.
