Absence seizures in adults
I have a close friend who recently was diagnosed with Absence Seizures. I believe he also has Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and ADD.  He is currently being treated with Lamictal, which seems to be having little affect. His most recent seizure this past weekend, he was very dazed and confused afterward, and had some short term memory loss, which seems to be common with these events.

He has only had one Grand Mal Seizure that we know of, but seems to have MANY of these Petit Mal.

He has been to numerous doctors, to no avail. He is missing work several times a month, because he cannot function. What other treatments or testing can be done for him?
