Adderall causing numbness

Hello,

Adderall (adderrall) 30mg t.i.d.  
One 15mg dexedrine spansule in the am

Lately my ring and pinky finger on my left hand have lost a bit of dexterity and feel numb {like when your foot falls asleep}. After a few hand exercises, the feeling returns and all is well. Then they seem to go numb again.
No other parts of my body that react this way. I know scripted amphetamines tend to make your extremities cold, but I don't understand why it's only my left 2 fingers.

These meds are prescribed by a Psych, so perhaps I will make an appointment with a Neuro for a more informed opinion. Does this sound normal at all, or should I call my Neuro and perhaps schedule an MRI.
