After the fact

i had a spine fusion back in aug.2009,now my ankle is weak and i keep twisting it when i walk.i have been doing exercising for that and still,one mistake and my ankle is sideways.It feels like i hurt something else.Iam very active for 63 years but this is now slowing me down to a crawl.Also my toes are still numb.
