Hi,

Age related cerebral atrophy cannot be cured. Unfortunately neurons in the brain do not have the ability to regenerate once they are damaged. It can occur due to age, alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis etc.
The treatment involves management of symptoms with physical therapy, behavioral therapy and speech therapy.
Medical science is advancing in understanding of brain and neurological function. However there is still a long way to go before a specific treatment for cerebral atrophy can come to light.

Thanks
