All test are normal but could I still have MS?

About a year ago I was having pain in my left leg when I used the clutch in my car then I noticed that area was starting to dent in, the next day I was shaving and when I ran my razor over the area it was numb. I went to my regular MD and he said the area had muscle atrophy, so he sent me to a neurologist. The neurologist had a MRI of the lower spine done that came back normal then tried to put me on pain medication (which I had no major pain) so I left. One year later with the same symptoms I notice my feet were going numb (Middle to the outside), my legs felt like pins and needles, my leg muscles felt like they were always working and ached. Along with this I was losing my balance when I began to walk and turn directions, my feet hurt when stood and my walking was more of a shuffle and my hands hurt to make a fist. I have lost strength in my legs and arms and I'm not able to grip things, my vision is getting worst (blurred and double vision), I have numbness in my face and sometimes my words don't come out clear. It is like my muscles don't want to work so I scheduled an appointment with another neurologist and had an MRI of the upper spine, cervical and brain along with a EMG all were normal. So This doctor said I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and put me on Lyrica. I went back to my regular doctor to let him know and he ran blood work and said I did not have arthritis and my symptoms did not sound like fibromyalgia but kept my on the Lyrica because it helped with the pins and needles and the pain that was keeping me from being able to walk, now my feet only hurt when I first stand up.  All my test are normal including blood work. My other symptoms that I have but don't know if they are related are ringing in the ears, memory problems, dizziness, and difficulty chewing. At this point I don't know where to go next. When I look up my symptoms everything says MS could I have MS when all my test come back normal?
