Am I dreaming? Is this evil

This happens to me ALL the time. When I am falling asleep, I am not fully asleep but something is holding me down. I cant move talk and can barely breathe. Sometimes I hear LOUD heavy metal music or nothing at all. Sometimes I hear something commanding me but cant make out what it is saying. I can get my eyes to open sometimes but not all the time. I feel like my whole body is being thrown around my room even into another room of my house. It feels so REAL. I am terrified. I notice that this only happens when I am very depressed or vulnerable. It happened more so when I was addicted to pills and was very depressed. Now I have been clean for 6 months it stopped until last night and I have been really depressed lately.Is this something evil?? I know that our spirit leaves the body while we sleep and that sometimes this could bother one sleeping but i say my prayers everynight. I am really scared.Im almost 31 yrs. old and Im afraid to sleep alone.PLEASE HELP ME

Hi there. You need the immediate help of a psychiatrist since these symptoms are of an anxiety –depression disorder. I request you to not bombard your mind with ill thoughts of evil and spirits leaving body. You will need anti depressants/ anti anxiety drugs, behavioral psychotherapy, counseling, and patience of yourself and your family to cope up with this disorder. Hope this helps. Take care.
