An MRI found a "lump" in the back of the cerebellum

An MRI found a "lump" in the "back" of my cerebellum.
I am 37 years old with no history of brain injury or brain related medical conditions.
What could this result from or signify?
We have been referred to a Neurologist, but I wanted to start researching now.
I appreciate any help and suggestions for more research.
Thank you,
vburke
