Aneurysm and after effects

  Hi.  I had a brain aneurysm in 1975.  Actually, according the neurosurgeon it was the third one I had that had burst and scarred over.  So I know that I'm lucky to be here.
  Here is my question.  Since then I have hit my head twice, very hard on that same area of my head which is the left frontal area.  For about a year I have been having some tremoring in my right arm, and now both arms, and have some trouble
  balancing when I get up, have trouble thinking of words when I'm in the middle of a sentence, and sometimes have a sensitivity to that area when it's touched.  
  My last EEG, which was a year ago, showed "abnormal" activity in that area of my brain, so the neurologist put me on a low dose of Neurontin.
  She wants to do another EEG this Dec. to see if there are any changes.  
  Here is my question.  Could my brain be reacting now to all the hits that it's taken over the years.  Does this sound like seizures are trying to start?
  What is the research on aneurysms and the after effects over a period of time.  I feel like I am aging before my time.  
  She said I didn't have Parkinson's disease which my grandfather had.  I know you can't diagnose, but any information would be helpful here.  I am also on Estraderm due to menopause, Vicodin for the pain, Ziac for blood pressure, and prilosec for stomach problems.

You are indeed lucky to be here.  
The tremors you describe do not sound like seizures.  There are many causes for tremors in the hands and it would be difficult to attribute to all the 'hits' your brain has taken over the years.  Aneurysms could conceivably cause seizures, but it would be unlikely that they arose this far out from surgery.  Seizures would typically be associated with an acute subarachnoid bleed, not in the long term after the aneurysm has been clipped.
Sorry we're not much help here.  Perhaps an opinion from another neurologist would be useful.
